The Kashmiri families which have migrated from Jammu & Kashmir to Haryana and are living in various parts of State are being given Financial Assistance @ Rs. 1500/- p.m. per member of the family(w.e.f 1.01.2024). The scheme is being implemented w.e.f. 1.4.2006. At present, 9 beneficiaries are getting benefit under this scheme and there was a budget provision of Rs. 3.00 lakh for the Financial Year- 2019-20 out of which a sum of Rs. 0.90 lakh has been spent upto 15.01.2020.
Eligibility Criteria:
- To be eligible for assistance under this scheme, the maximum annual income from all sources of the displaced family from Jammu & Kashmir should not exceed 2,00,000/-per annum.
- The total period of provision financial assistance for re-settlement will be five years.
