Financial Assistance for stage III & IV cancer patients

This scheme shall be applicable for all age groups, stage III & IV cancer patients throughout the State of Haryana. To provide monthly Financial Assistance/Pension to State III & IV Cancer patients of Haryana a scheme will be implemented. The financial Assistance provided under this scheme will be in addition to the benefit being availed under any other Social Security Pension scheme by the applicant. This scheme shall come into operation from the date of its publication in the official Gazette.

Eligibility:

A person eligible for Financial Assistance under the scheme shall be :-

1. Citizen of India and a bonafide Resident of Haryana as per Government Instructions issued from time to time.
2. Applicant should have Parivar Pehchan Patar (PPP)- Family ID.
3. All Stage III & IV Patients will be eligible under the scheme.
4. Patients whose family income is less than Rs. 3 lakh per annum, except the amount of other Social Security Pension Schemes will be eligible.
