Dwarfs person who are living in various parts of the State are being given allowance @ Rs. 1600 per month per beneficiary. A male person to 3 feet 8 inches or less height and a female with 3 feet 3 inches or less height (equivalent to 60% handicapped) is entitled to monthly pension. The scheme is implemented w.e.f. 1.6.2006 and initially the allowance was given Rs. 300/- P.M. The rate of allowance is Rs. 1400/- per month per beneficiary w.e.f. 01-01-2016, Rs.1600/- w.e.f. 01-11-2016, Rs. 1800/- w.e.f. 01-11-2017, Rs. 2000/- w.e.f.  01-11-2018 and Rs. 2250/- w.e.f. 01.01.2020.

A) Eligibility Criteria

i) The applicant should be a Domicile of Haryana State and should have been residing in Haryana State for the last one year at the time of submission of application.

ii) The age of the applicant shall not be less than 18 years.

ii) The applicant must submit a certificate from the Civil Surgeon in support of his/her being a Dwarf.
